Catherine M. Corirossi-Ksiazek

Catherine M. Corirossi-Ksiazek passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at Fair Oaks Rehab Center. Born April 5, 1920 in Rockford, the daughter of Dominick and Angelina (Bianchi) Corirossi. She married Casimer Ksiazek on September 25, 1943 in St. Anthony of Padua Parish. Catherine worked for several years in the cafeteria at Wilson Junior High. Catherine enjoyed traveling, gambling and her great grandkids.
She is survived by daughters, Georgeann (Henry) Taylor, Judy (Phil) Lord; brother-in-law, Lee Trenholm; sister-in-law, Betty Corirossi; grandchildren, Jennifer (Jack) Harter, Troy (Staci) Taylor; 7 great grandchildren, Christopher, Madison, Olivia, Kaylee, Lauryn Harter, Avery Anderson, Gracelyn taylor and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband; son-in-law, Phil Lord; 6 brothers and 3 sisters.
The family would like to thank the staff at Fair Oaks Rehab Center and Beloit Memorial Hospice for all their care and support.
Per Catherine’s wishes, there will be no visitation. Cremation rites have been accorded by Fitzgerald Funeral home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd., Rockford, IL 61108.
