Carl J. Ness, 39, of North Liberty passed away Monday, September 18, 2017. He was born on July 14, 1978 in Belvidere, IL, the son of James “Jim” and Rita (Symons) Ness. He is survived by his parents; sister, Leanne (Clint) Wagner; nephew, Dominic; aunt and uncles, Jean (Dave)Lance, and Jerry Ness; and many friends and colleagues.
