Carl F. Buse

Carl F. Buse, 72, of Rockford, passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2017. He was born on June 9, 1944 in Belvidere, the son of Albert and Ella Marie Buse. For many years he drove trucks for companies in Rockford and in Ohio. Carl was a proud union member and supporter, particularly the Local 325. He was an avid motorcyclist and life member of the HOG chapter. He was also a member of the SM & SF club, Eagles Club, and 3L Club.

He is survived by his sisters, Joyce(Carl) Zimmerman of Columbus, WI and Linda (Billy Joe) Pepper of Rockford; brother, Bob Buse of Rockford; many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends. Predeceased by his parents, and step brother, Don Bokker.

A memorial visitation will be held from 4:00-6:00 p.m. Friday, April 14, 2017 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Mulford Chapel. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Eagles Club immediately following the visitation. Inurnment private. In lieu of flowers, memorials to any of the clubs Carl was a proud member of appreciated.
