Bradley R. Blewett-Derango

Bradley R. Blewett-DeRango, 22, of Pecatonica, died suddenly in his home at 8:41 p.m. Thursday, July 17, 2008.  Born May 3, 1986, in Rockford. He was employed at Three Hammer Construction as a framer. Brad enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. He especially loved his music, animals, and had a passion for cinema. Brad was a kind and loving soul and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He is survivied by his parents, John and Geri Ann DeRango and Arthur and JoAnne Blewett; brother, Luke; sister, Maggie; stepbrother, Greg Lang; stepsister, Andrea Romkowski; grandparents, Norma and Armond Fratello, Arthur and Marion Blewett and Dan and Joyce Barlow; and numerous loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Private funeral Mass will be held Monday, July 21, 2008 in St. Mary's Church in Pecatonica, with Monsignor Robert Sweeney officiating. Burial will be on Tuesday, July 22, in Calvary Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
