BRADLEY G. LASHOCK, 52
Bradley Gerard “Brad” Lashock, 52, Rockford, passed away Thursday, December 24, 2015, in his home. He was born January 1, 1963, in Rockford, the son of Eugene and Helen (Metcalf) Lashock. Lived all of his life in Rockford, graduating from Auburn High School in 1981. Brad married Donna Marie Vollmer, November 14, 1987, in St. Patrick Catholic Church. He was employed at Muller Pinehurst Dairy for 23 years, retiring in April, 2015, due to his illness with prostate cancer.
Brad is survived by his wife, Donna; his sons, Michael (Nicole) and Stephen; his father, Eugene; his brothers, Rod “Chet” (Gwen), Rick (Alyce) and Craig; his sisters, Darlene Woelffer, Carol Jean (Bruce) Archer, Janet Croak and Linda (Brandon) Bedward; his sister-in-law, Jill Lashock; his mother-in-law, Fran Vollmer; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Predeceased by his mother, Helen; his brothers, Brian and Steve; his father-in-law Alfred Vollmer; and his brothers-in-law, Patrick Woelffer and Chris Croak.
Funeral service will be held at 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, December 30, 2015, at the Cathedral of St. Peter, 1243. N. Church St. Rockford with Reverend Steve St. Jules officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Riverside Chapel, 3910 N. Rockton Av. with a time of sharing at 7:00 P.M. Visitation will also be from 10 A.M. until time of service on Wednesday at the church. The family wishes to thank the staff at Northern Illinois Hospice and Grief Center.
