Bozena "Bo" Barda

Bozena “Bo” Barda, age 70, of Bartlett died on January 6th, 2021 at St. Alexius Hospital. She was born in Germany on December 7, 1950 to Stanley and Hildegarde Kownacki. At the age 13-month-old, Bo came with her family to America through Ellis Island, eventually settling in the Chicagoland Area. A passionate animal lover, Bo was greatly involved with local animal shelters, pet food drives and had many furry family members over the years.
Bozena is predeceased by her parents. Bo will be greatly missed by her family, friends and her best fur friend cat, Rusty.
