Bounmy Keopraseuth Bounmy Keopraseuth, 76, died on March 12 ,2008 at Swedish American Hospital. Bounmy was born August 2, 1931 in Laos the son of Chang and On Keopraseuth. He had been married to Thongsiene for 40 years and had live in Rockford for 23 years coming here from Laos in 1984. Bounmy held a military position with three stars with the Laos Army until retiring in 1973. He had worked in the factory for Goodwill Industries for five years and fully retired in 1996. Bounmy was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather and enjoyed spending time with his family. Bounmy is survived his wife, Thongsiene; his children, Saengchan (Mipong) Chomsavanh, Somnuk La (Keo) Vilayngeun, Sack Keopraseuth, Keo (Long) Tran, Keri Chan Manyvanh, tyrone Khamsouk Manyvanh and Souvanh Keopraseuth; 19 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; four brothers, two sisters and many nieces and nephews. Bounmy was predeceased by his parents and six children. Funeral sevices for Bounmy will be held on Saturday at 2 PM at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Mulford Chapel with Pastor Vone officiating. Burial will be in Arlington Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 6 7 PM and on Saturday from 1 pm until time of service at the funeral home. Family and friends may
