Bonnie R. Hayward

Bonnie R. Hayward, 79 of Poplar Grove died Tuesday, June 3, 2014. She was born on July 26, 1934 in Ottawa, the daughter of Gilbert and Edna Wagner. Worked at Greenlee Textron for over 28 years as an inspector. Bonnie was a devoted member of the Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall in Belvidere, loved playing the piano and spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include her children, Walter (Ann) Hayward Jr., Vickie (Joe) Grimm, Donald (Joy) Hayward, Michael (Kathy) Hayward, Laurie Hayward and David Hayward; daughter-in-law, Linda Hayward; 15 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren and sister, Peggy Christianson. She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Robert Hayward and brother, Robert Wagner.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 9, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall, Belvidere, and 5995 Marengo Rd. Friends and family are welcome at 10 a.m. at the church. At Bonnie's request cremation rites have been accorded by Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford chapel.
