Billy V.  Stout, 87 Rockford--Billy V.  Stout, 87 ofRockford, IL.  Died November 18, 2008 at 11:20 p.m. at home.  Born April 12, 1921, in Winfield, Missouri toClifton and Francis Stout.  Lived 82 years in Rockford, coming here fromWinfield, Mo.  Married Betty Bengston inRockford, IL on January 3, 1942. During WWII Billy served in the US Navy from 1944-1946.  Billy worked at Barbara Coleman most of his life beginning in the experimental Dept,  enjoyed many years in the aircraft division and retired as manufacturing manager.  Billy retired in 1985 after 40 years. He was Owner and Co-founder of K & S Machine of Rockford.  Attended Church by the Side of the Road.  A life time member of the Tebala Shrine, a member of Rockford Lodge No. 102 Scottish Rite of Freeport.  In retirement he enjoyed his shop repairing golf carts and making custom golf putters, wooden picture frames, cabinets, and could fix almost anything.  Built four homes and helped with families homes too.  Always helping where he could.  He loved his family. Survivors include: his wife Betty of 67 years, Sons; Robert (Nancy) Stout and Billy (Stacey) Stout of Wisconsin, Daughter-in-law Connie Stout Weimer of Texas.  Grandsons Michael (Birdena) Stout, Thomas (Melissa) Stout, Eric (Becky) Stout of Colorado and Derek Stout ofAustralia.  Granddaughters; Sarah Bryce Stout of California, Katherine (Ryan) Magann ofRhode Island.  Great-grandchildren;Troy and Amy Stout, Ryan and Andrea Stout, Aidan and Brandon Stout.  Nephews; Billy, James and Benjamin Leonard and Dennis Peacha of Florida and John (Joan) Bengston ofColorado.
