Beatrice L. Wright

Beatrice L. Wright, 81 Rockford LOVING WIFE, MOTHER AND GRANDMA Bea Wright, died Thursday, Sept. 8, 2011, in the comfort of her home. Born Aug, 28, 1930, in Prentice, WI to Ella and William Hueckman. She married Bill Wright Nov. 29, 1980. As a young woman Bea moved to Rockford. She worked and retired from Ingersoll Milling Machine Co. as a supervisor in 1986. Bea enjoyed fishing, golfing, painting, crafting, traveling and spending time with her friends and family. She had a kind word, loving heart and a smile for everyone in her life. Survived by her husband, Bill; daughter Paula (Rick) Spencer and grandson Josh Spencer; stepson Steve (LuAnn) Wright; stepdaughters Laurie (Steve) Poynor and Lisa (Terry) Ulrich; numerous step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents and four brothers.Special thanks to Dr. William Kobler, Dr. Aaron Shiels, OSF St. Anthony Medical Center and OSF Hospice.Memorial service at 11:30am, Monday September 12, 2011 in Fitzgerald Funeral Home, 1860 S. Mulford with Father William Wentink officiating. Visitation from 9:3011:30am Monday in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to OSF Hospice or American Cancer Society.
