Annie C. Berry

Annie C. Berry, 80, went to be with the Lord on September 15, 2021 in Rockford, Illinois. Born in Mobile, Alabama on June 15, 1941 daughter to Lawrence and Lessie Mae (Cambell) Bryant. Annie devoted her life to serving the Lord, and spent her free time reading the bible and crocheting. She was a member of Mason Memorial Temple Church of God in Christ for over 20 years and actively helped the church by helping cook for their functions. She showed her love to friends and family through her food, and it was so good that there were never any leftovers. She was proud of her family and spent all the time that she could helping and tending to them.

She is survived by her children, Sheila Dock, Barry (Benita) Dock, Jeffrey (Kimberly) Dock, Darrin (Paula) Dock, Jerome Dock, and Mack Berry Jr.; her grandchildren Tamicka (Billy), Jamie, Jeffrey Jr., James (Angie), Jervon, Jada, Julius, Joseph, Jaylin, Julian, Jerome Jr., McKinley and Shakira; numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; five brothers, seven sisters and so many beloved nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Mack Carl; her daughter in law Veronica Dock; her parents; two brothers and one sister.

A visitation will take place on Saturday, September 25, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 12:00 p.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, 3910 N.
