LOVING DAUGHTER, SISTER, GRANDDAUGHTER, AND FRIEND Anna Louise Schiller, 15, Rockford, passed away Monday, April 23, 2012, in her home. She was born June 14, 1996, in Guatemala City, Guatemala. Beloved daughter and sister for 15 short years. This beautiful girl left us all too early and will never be forgotten. As one of her friends said, "Anna was pretty, funny, passionate, caring, determined and an amazing friend" . A three season athlete, Anna loved playing sports and being part of a team. She brought the same intensity from the athletic field to her daily life and enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her family and friends. Anna loved her music, sea turtles, and spending time at the beach. Her enthusiasm for everything she did brought happiness to all those who knew her. As another friend said, "Anna was sassy and spirited. She was the baby of the family who tested and challenged the world" . Anna'¢s laughter and joy will be missed by all who loved her so dearly.Survived by her parents, Karen and Thomas Schiller; brothers, P.J. and Patrick; paternal grandparents, Edgar J. and Lorinda Schiller; maternal grandfather, E. Peter Raisbeck; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Anna has joined her maternal grandmother, Margaret "MawMaw" Raisbeck in paradise.Funeral mass will be held at 1:30 pm, Saturday, April 28, 2012, at St. Rita Catholic Church, 6254 Valley Knoll Dr. with Reverend David Peck officiating. A reception will follow immediately at Anderson Gardens. Private burial in Arlington Memorial Park Cemetery. There will be no visitation at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Community Foundation of Northern Illinois, 946 North 2nd St. Rockford, IL 61107 in Anna'¢s name.
