Angelina C. Davis

Angelina C. Davis, 81, of Rockford, IL, passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2019.

Angelina was born March 24, 1938 in Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines, daughter of Apapito and Sixta Canlas. She married Virgil Davis. He passed away in 2001. Angelina worked in housekeeping for 10 years with Swedish American Hospital and Marriott Hotel. She loved to cook, eat, travel and spend time with her family and friends. Angelina will be dearly missed.

Surviving relatives include her children, Jesslin (Dennis) Gilbert, Ronilo Villarmea, Perlita Villarmea (Jose Mata, Edmond Villarmea, Evangeline Villarmea (Tip Chanthaloth) and Victor (Maria) Reign; 28 grandchildren; sister, Neni Santos. She is predeceased by her parents, husband; 2 children, Baby June Cheng and Mario Villarmea and 6 siblings.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 9, 2019 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S Mulford Rd. Rockford, IL 61108 with visitation from 1:00 p.m. until time of service. Cremation rites will be accorded following the funeral service.
