Angela M. "Angie" Corso, 75, Poplar Grove, formerly of Elmwood Park, passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2012, in her home surrounded by her family.Born February 16, 1937; the daughter of Dan and Mary (Chiumiento) Tancredi.Angie was employed as an office manager at R.O. Schultz Co. and at Jewel Osco for many years. Angie retired in 2007.Survived by her sons, Peter and Tony (Jennifer) Corso, both of Poplar Grove, formerly of Elmwood Park; granddaughter, Jenna Corso; sister, Mildred Tancredi; niece, Michele (Craig Bachtell) CiangiBachtell; greatnephew, Cole CiangiBachtell; greatniece, Storyheart CiangiBachtell.Predeceased by her parents; sister and brotherinlaw, Raffaela and Patrick Ciangi, Sr; nephew, Patrick Ciangi, Jr. and uncle, Dan Chiumiento.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, November 23, 2012, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 N. Mulford Rd. with Reverend John Earl officiating.Burial in Belvidere Cemetery.Visitation from 10:00 am until time of service on Friday at the funeral home on Friday.
