Angela Lynn Angie Cronk Boss, 35, passed away Monday, June 11, 2012, in her home.nbsp; She was born January 5, 1977, in Dixon, the daughter of Donald and Margaret (Patterson) Cronk.nbsp; She married Kevin Jay Boss in Rockford on November 8, 2003.nbsp; Angie attended Memorial Baptist Church. She worked as a CNA for various nursing homes in Rockford including Rosewood Care Center, Asta Care Center, River Bluff Nursing Home, and Alden Alma Nelson Manor.

Survived by her husband, Kevin; stepchildren, Dustin, Andrew and Kayla; mother and father, Warren and Margaret Smith of Byron; sisters, Rosalie Otten of Byron, Linda (Jim) Auth of Oregon, and Jennifer Smith; brother, Stephen Smith; brotherinlaw, Harry Lawrence of Rockford; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews and many special friends.nbsp; Predeceased by her father, Donald Cronk and her maternal and paternal grandparents.

Private family services will be held at a later date. Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. assisted the family.nbsp; In lieu of flowers, memorials should be made to the family.
