Angela "Angie" M. Digirolamo

Angela "Angie" M. DiGirolamo, 90, of Rockford, passed away on March 23, 2023. She was born on July 21, 1932, in Rockford, the daughter of Leo and Louise (Cassata) Maggio. She married Frank DiGirolamo in July of 1952 in Beloit.

A member of St. Anthony of Padua Church, Angie loved spending time with her family, especially her great granddaughter, and cherished all of her friendships. She was a wonderful baker and was always there to provide guidance and wisdom to those around her. She lived a long life and will be unbelievably missed.

She is survived by her son, Joseph (Vita) DiGirolamo of Rockford; grandchildren, Angela (Daniel) Bradt and Maria (Bryant) Salamone; great granddaughter, Nadia Bradt; and many dear friends over the years. She is predeceased by her husband, Frank DiGirolamo and her parents.

Private services will he held. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Beloit, Wisconsin. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Please share memories and condolences online at www.fitzgeraldfh.com.
