Andrew R. Huxman

Andrew R. Huxman, 60, of Rockford, passed away October 30, 2018 in his home. Born August 13, 1958 in Santa Monica, CA; he was the son of Joseph A. Huxman and Joyane J. Conroy.

He was a member of Fence Check Group and Rockford Reefers Aquarium Club.

Andrew was an enthusiast for salt water tanks, who enjoyed photography, traveling, air shows, model airplanes and attending the Kentucky Derby.

Survivors include his daughter, Chrissy (Chad) Oates; wife, Oriel Lee Huxman; mother, Jo Conroy; step-children, Edward, Michael, and Paul Gilliam; grandchildren, Callie Oates, Jaycee, Junior, Kaylin, Madison and Raylynn Gilliam; brother, Roger (Adrienne) Huxman; and nephew, Gregory Huxman.

He was preceded in death by his father.
