Alyssa Masiewicz, 22 of Rockford passed away suddenly Friday, September 14, 2012 at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago.nbsp; She was born July 8, 1990 in Rockford, the daughter of Janusz and Jolanta Masiewicz.nbsp; Alyssa was a student at Aveda Institute Chicago.nbsp; Member of St. Stanislaus Church.nbsp; She attended St. Rita School and graduated from Boylan High School, Class of 2009.nbsp; Alyssa was an outgoing, bubbly girl, known for her brilliant smile.nbsp; She loved spending time with her family, especially her brothers.nbsp; She had many friends and loved keeping up with everyone on Facebook.nbsp; Alyssa had a beautiful heart and was always ready to help anyone. She was proud of her Polish heritage and loved her cat named Paczek.nbsp; Alyssa was a daredevil, she never backed away from heights or fast roller coasters.
Survived by her parents, Janusz and Jolanta; brothers, Christopher and Andrew; boyfriend, Josh Balsman and his parents, Kelli and David Balsman; uncle, Stanislaw Wawiorko; aunt, Elizbieta Wawiorko; cousin, Eve (Richard) Steder,nbsp; and many relatives in Poland.nbsp; Predeceased by both grandfathers. Mass of Christian Burial at 10am Thursday, September 20, 2012 in St. Rita Catholic Church.nbsp; Burial in Arlington Memorial Park Cemetery.nbsp; Visitation from 48pm Wednesday, September 19, 2012 in Fitzgerald Funeral Home, 1860 S.
