Rockford-- Alexander “AL” "Sasha" Toluboff, 78 of Rockford died August 14, 2015 at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center. Born March 13,1937 in Hollywood, CA to Alexander and Theodora (Mac Manus) Toluboff.
Survivors; 1st Cousins Fran (James) Middleton of Loves Park,IL, Alice (Joseph) Walker of Punta Gorda, FL, Theodore(Joyce) Mac Manus and Margaret Rogers of Traverse City, MI, Michael (Kathy) MacManus of Birmingham, MI, John Patrick MacManus of Florida, William Fox, Sheila McCarthy (Edward) and Cousin-in-law Cay Fox of Indianapolis, IN. , his loving and caring Milestone family, and numerous 2nd cousins.
Special thank you to the friends and Staff at Milestone for giving Al a new identity and an independent lifestyle. He became a new man and his own person when he moved to Milestone. Our sincere appreciation to Yvonne Alexander and Stephanie and Brian Ullrich for all your love and guidance and taking him into your homes. Also to Doug Meyers and John Lindy who took a special interest in Al.
A celebration of Al's life will be held on Friday August 21,2015 at St. Rita's church, Wahl hall from 10-11:30. Bring your stories.
