Alexa Marie Fulkerson

Alexa Marie Fulkerson, 2 months old, of Rockford, was born November 16, 2008. She went home to be with the Lord, January 13, 2009, in Rockford Memorial Hospital.  Alexa is survived by her mother, Tabetha Berg and her father, Corey Fulkerson; grandparents, Larry and Carrie Fulkerson and Mike and LaVaughn Berg; great-grandparents, Joseph and Patricia Berg and Boyce and Joann Wallin. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, January 19, 2009, in Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd, Rockford, IL 61108 with Fr. Piotr Sarnicki of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, officiating.  Burial in New Milford Cemetery.  Visitation from 9:30 AM until service time at the funeral home. To
