Alayah Tiffany Moore, 17, of Rockford, passed away peacefully on September 1, 2018 in Madison, WI, surrounded by her family. Born August 28, 2001 in Orlando, FL; she was the daughter of Jennifer A. Rasner and Ronald M. Moore II
She was a student of Auburn High School where she played volley ball and was a member of the cheerleading squad. She was also a member of KFACT.
Alayah enjoyed playing volley ball, modeling, shopping, music, taking selfies, and spending time with her family and boyfriend.
Survivors include her mother, Jennifer Rasner; brothers, Kendell (Kelly), Maurice, Anzio, Kevin and Tyreke Moore; sisters, Kazia and Latavia Moore; nephew, Kai Moore; grandparents, Diane Henrey, Dorothy Moore and Glenn (Anita) Rasner; aunts and uncles, Jaime (James) Burch, Tammy (Mike) Wagenecht, Sarah (Nick) Hollis, Lanier Carter, Aaron Carter and Kenneth King, Nicholas Rasner, and Brian (Bridget) Rasner; and the love of her life, Darryus McCoy.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Ronald Moore Sr. and her uncle, Justin Rasner.
Funeral service 3 p.m. Saturday, September 8, 2018 at City First Church, 5950 Spring Creek Rd, Rockford. Visitation 12 p.m. until time of service at the church.
