Jacob "Jake" Adam Lee

Jacob “Jake” Adam Lee, 23, of Caledonia, passed away on March 12, 2021. He was born on March 20, 1997 in Rockford, IL the son of David “Dave” and Tana (Carter) Lee. Jake graduated from Guilford High School in 2015. After High School he attended Rock Valley College and obtained an Associate’s Degree. He currently worked at CVS as a Store Manager.

Jake enjoyed golfing, camping and cheering for Chicago Cubs Baseball. He was always interested in technology, especially computers. Jake loved spending time with his family and friends, especially his dog, Brinkley, he will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Jake is survived by his parents, Dave and Tana Lee, significant other, Caitlynn Bourke; brothers, Justin (Allie) Lee and Joshua Lee, paternal grandmother, Lyn Lee; uncles, Ryan (Andrea) Carter and Derek (Nikki) Lee; aunt, Adrienna Lee (David Hicks); cousins, Nick, Mya, Brandon, Holly Hicks, Maddux and McKenna.

He is predeceased by his paternal grandpa, Richard Lee and maternal grandparents, James (Pat) Carter.
