Patricia Garland 86 of Rockford passed away February 18, 2010 in PA Peterson. She was born Februay 15, 1924 in St Louis Missouri. She was raised by her Uncle and Aunt Elmer and Katherine Wirtz. She married Frank Garland on April 19, 1946 in Webster Grove , MO. Member of St James church. She donated her time as a volunteer for many Catholic charities.
