At any of our family celebrations, even our wedding in Cedar Rapids, we have had the benefit of the Fabiano's presence or well wishes. In every case Joe and Chi Chi shared in our joys. So now, as the Fabiano's approach the celebration of Joe's life, we want to share our condolences upon his loss and join our voices to the refrain "well done, my good and faithful servant". May God's Blessings reign down upon the Fabiano family and may the angels above welcome Joe to eternal rest.

Aunt Chi-Chi, Linda, Peter, David, John and the rest of the family, Your all are in our thoughts and prayers during your time of sorrow. We know what you are all going through right now. May it comfort you to know that so many of your family and friends will be with you soon at the visitation and funeral to personally extend their condolences and memories of Uncle Joe. It helped me when I lost my Dad and Bob when he recently lost his Dad to receive so many lovely notes from family and friends, so we hope this can do the same for you. My favorite memory of Uncle Joe is when he would show off his garden when I would visit your house on Bell Avenue as a child. All the vegetable plants were huge! He was so proud of his gardens! See you soon, Carol, Bob, Lily and Coral Sather

Joe was a faithful Godfather. I always felt that we had a special realtionship over the years because of that. When I was a kid, every Christmas Eve he would take the time to stop over our house and personally bring me a Christmas gift. I still remember that smile as he handed it to me. Joe was also one of my dad's best friends. I remember as a kid the two of them sitting in the living room and talking for hours. 2o years ago during my dad's illness Joe was there for him. Regularly they would visit, he made the most of their last times together. To Chi Chi, my Godmother, and your family, my prayers and condolences to you. Thank you for asking me to be a part of his funeral. I am honored to be able to serve my Godfather and so great a friend to my dad and our family. Fr. Joe
